How do I get same-day delivery?
Call your local boutique by 2pm for same-day delivery. Find a boutique.
When will my delivery arrive?
The best way to get an estimate on delivery is to access the Delivery Tracker located in the notification email and/or SMS.
Do I have to be at the location for delivery?
No, signature is not required.
Can I change the location of my delivery?
If the driver has not picked up your delivery yet, contact the store you placed the delivery. If the driver has already picked up your delivery, we are unable to change the location.
Can I hold my delivery until a later time?
If the driver has not picked up your delivery yet, contact the store you placed the delivery with to reschedule. If the driver has already picked your delivery up, we are unable to delay delivery.
How are my items being delivered?
With a delivery service called Roadie. When a driver has accepted your delivery, you will receive a notification email and/or text message with a link to track the delivery. The delivery will be left at your doorstep or specific location you provided to the store when placing the order.

Roadie is an on-the-way delivery network that uses drivers heading in your direction to deliver items across town or across the country.
