- All merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted (excluding "final sale" or "as-is" items, gift cards [except where required by law] and gift boxes) within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, or merchandise must be defective
- Final Sale - Merchandise marked final sale is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged
- WHBM boutique purchases cannot be returned to Outlet. Outlet store purchases cannot be returned to WHBM boutiques
- We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason

All merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted (excluding "final sale" or "as-is" items, gift cards [except where required by law] and gift boxes) within 60 days of the date of purchase. Reimbursement for returns without an exchange take up to 2 weeks for refund/credit. Returns with exchange take 7-14 days to ship. Returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt, or date and amount of purchase must be validated in our system. Customer identification may be required to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns/exchanges for any reason. If a refund or exchange is provided without proof of purchase, we will exchange merchandise or issue merchandise credit based on the lowest historical selling price for the returned merchandise after factoring promotions, discounts, offers, free items, etc. Non-receipted returns will be limited to $250 within a 90 day period (excluding defective merchandise). Refunds will be made in the original form of payment with merchandise credit given for gift receipt returns. If you used multiple forms of payment, refunds will be applied in the following order (as applicable): (i) merchandise cards/gift cards; (ii) credit cards; (iii) check; (iv) cash. If your original purchase was made by check you may choose to receive a merchandise card or check that will be mailed within 30 days of return. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, or merchandise must be defective. Swimwear, watches, intimates and hosiery may be returned when unworn and in original packaging or with original ticketing attached and sanitary shields (if any) attached; we do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise. Merchandise purchased in an outlet store may only be returned to an outlet location and merchandise purchased in a full-priced store or on a full-priced website may only be returned in such locations. Purchases must be returned in the country of original purchase. Product purchased online via BorderFree may only be returned online. Merchandise purchased via PayPal may be returned in stores or returned via mail using the return shipping label provided. If you do not have your shipping label please contact Customer Service. Shipping and handling charges on your purchase, if any, are non-refundable. Merchandise purchased in airport or cruise locations may only be returned at the original location; such locations cannot accept merchandise returns from our other stores or websites.

Make a Return by Mail
If you prefer to send your return by mail, please affix the Prepaid Return Shipping Label that we provided, along with your invoice, to the box and drop off your package in the U.S. mail. If you don't have a Prepaid Return Shipping Label, visit our Returns Portal where you can download and print a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that when we receive your return, we'll deduct $7.00 USD from your refund for handling fees. ShopRunner members enjoy free return shipping on all their orders placed with ShopRunner. If you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery.

Need A Different Size or Color?
If you need to exchange an item for a different SIZE OR COLOR within 60 days of purchase, simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the size/color you prefer. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn and unwashed or defective. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received. Or, if you prefer to have your items shipped prior to the return arriving in the warehouse, you may call 877.948.2525 to place your order with one of our Sales Consultants. After placing your re-order, you can then make your return as outlined above.

Returned Check Policy
A service charge of $25 or the maximum permitted by law will be assessed for NSF checks. The amount of the check and service charge may be collected via electronic debit or bank draft drawn from your account.
Price Adjustment Policy
We will adjust the price of an item on a one-time basis if the price decreases within 14 days of original purchase and if you present your original receipt in-store for an in-store purchase. Price adjustments will be made in the original form of payment. Online or catalog purchases are not eligible for price adjustment in our stores; additional exceptions apply.
Merchandise marked final sale is sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged and is not eligible for price adjustment.
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 60 days of your original purchase, please contact our Customer Service at 877.948-2525 or firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number, which is required in order to process your return. Our Customer Service will provide you with detailed instructions regarding how to return your purchase. If you return any item(s), our e-commerce partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item(s) in the same currency and at the same exchange rate as your original purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
At this time, orders placed via whitehouseblackmarket.com or by telephone and shipped outside of the U.S. cannot be returned or exchanged in our boutiques or outlets.

South Carolina Residents
If you are 85 years and older, you are entitled to a 1% state sales tax reduction on any items purchased for your personal use. You must ask for this reduction and present proof of your age at the cash register.
Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposes a $0.27 retail delivery fee on all customers with orders that are mailed, shipped or otherwise delivered to a Colorado address. White House Black Market collects and remits the CO Retail Delivery Fee on your behalf. The CO Retail Delivery Fee applies to all orders that are shipped to a Colorado address, including in-store orders that are shipped to Colorado. For online orders, the CO Retail Delivery Fee will appear on your receipt as a separate line item from taxes and shipping fees (if any). For in-store orders, the CO Retail Delivery Fee will be included in the Taxes line item. Note: The Colorado Retail Delivery Fee amount is subject to change; it is non-refundable and due and owing even if you qualify for free shipping. White House Black Market is unable to waive the CO Retail Delivery Fee for any reason.
