We designed this sleek satin blouse with a flattering surplice neckline, soft shirring at the shoulders, an elastic waistband and a high-low hemline to provide coverage at the back. We also added a hook and eye closure at the neckline to ensure the surplice remains in place. All to say, top off your best black pants or jeans and go.
