Release stress: Practice taking full, deep breaths 3 times per day for 2 minutes.
Pamper yourself: Keep your skin glowing with hydrating facial masks.
Sleep better: Try lavender oil on the soles of your feet. It reduces anxiety and encourages restful sleep.

Quick Grilled Salmon Recipe

Place salmon steak on a piece of foil
Sprinkle salt and garlic powder
Add a pat of butter
Squeeze of lemon
Wrap up foil; gathering at the top.
Place on the grill. Once you close the grill, the salmon should cook for 14-18 minutes, until almost completely cooked through at the thickest part. The cooking time will vary based on the thickness of your salmon.
Serve with your choice of rice or grains with a side of steamed vegetables.
