We designed this off-the-shoulder dress for special celebrations. That’s why it has a bustier top complete with boning and sewn in cups, plus a V-bar at the plunge neck, and stretch at the sleeve back. The fit-and-flare shape and asymmetrical hem give this taffeta dress drama.
