How it works
Select an item and send the recipient the gift link. Don’t worry if you don’t know her size or color preference.
When she receives your link, she can accept the gift without changes, supply her size and color preference, or exchange your choice for an item with the same or lesser value.
Once she chooses her item and adds her shipping address, you’ll receive a payment link to complete the purchase.

It’s easy! When you send gifts with SmartGift, your recipient can make it perfect, all before any payment is made. We offer the recipient the ability to personalize your gift’s color or size, exchange for an item with the same or lesser value, or accept the original gift you sent without changes.
After the recipient accepts her ideal gift and adds a shipping address, you will be notified via email that your gift is ready for payment. You will never be charged for using this SmartGift service.
No. If the gift recipient decides to exchange your gift, she will only be able to select from equal or lesser valued items.
