There is no fee to join or maintain membership. Sign up online, at any White House | Black Market Boutique, or by phone at 877.948.2525. (TTY:888.550.5559) Present your Preliminary Black Book Member card or enter your membership number every time you shop. Once your merchandise purchases reach a net of $300 (whether that takes one day or three years � there�s no time limit) your name will automatically be recorded in our Black Book.��
Preliminary Black Book benefits include:
- Be the first to know about newest collections, sales, and offers
- Preview new collections via email
Black Book Member (once your merchandise purchases reach $300) benefits may include:
- 5% off every merchandise purchase
- Birthday bonuses
- Double discount days
- Invitations to special parties and events
- Private sales
To be eligible for birthday bonus benefits, Black Book members must have shopped with us during the past 12 months. No discount on purchases of gift cards. Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of current terms and conditions. Each customer is permitted one Black Book or Preliminary Black Book membership only.
