Make a Return by Mail
If you prefer to send your return by mail, please affix the Prepaid Return Shipping Label that we provided, along with your invoice, to the box and drop off your package in the U.S. mail. Please note that when we receive your return, we'll deduct $7.00 from your refund for handling fees.

Returns made within 60 days of purchase are graciously accepted! Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed or defective. Catalog and website merchandise may be returned to any store (excluding outlets) or to White House | Black Market Returns Dept., 1020 Barrow Industrial Pkwy, Winder, GA 30680-3891. Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded in the original tender. Returns without the original receipt will be refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.

Parcel Post Shipping is FREE for any exchanges!

Need A Different Size or Color?

If you need to exchange an item for a different SIZE OR COLOR within 60 days of purchase, simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the size/color you prefer. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn and unwashed, or defective. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received. Or, if you prefer to have your items shipped prior to the return arriving in the warehouse, you may call 877.948.2525 to place your order with one of our Sales Consultants. After placing your re-order, you can then make your return as outlined above.

Wedding Dress Returns
Returns made within 60 days of purchase are graciously accepted! White House Black Market offers free returns for Wedding Dress purchases via a pre-paid postage return label. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective. All Wedding dresses are delivered with an attached "product" tag. Please do not remove this tag until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Once the tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded in the original tender. Returns without the original receipt will be refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.
