- Jewel neckline. Chiffon circle appliques and satin charmeuse ribbon on snap placket with soft goldtone domed buttons. Inside of placket reinforced with grosgrain ribbon. Finely ribbed at neckline, cuffs and bottom. Two-button gathered accent on 3/4 sleeve.
